WHAT I HAVE TO DO?

The Erasmus+ program can be applied by three different ways, each one with its own instructions and dates, and all of them mutually exclusive. You can apply for one of the scolarships through the Education Ministry, the Regional Government of Andalusia or the Secondary School.

To apply through the Education Ministry, you must pay attention to the publication of deadlines, in their website, and to submit the applying form following their instructions.

To apply through the Regional Government, in their VET website you will find all the necessary information, as well as the published deadlines, decisions, etc.

More information can be found clicking in the desired organization picture.

I WANT TO APPLY THROUGH THE SCHOOL

To apply you must be enrolled in a Middle or Higher Training Course, or having finished the course the year before. You must submit the completed applying at least 4 months before starting the mobility.

In addition, you need to have a good level in the foreign language you will use, and to be a responsible, independet, sociable, decisive and have the capacity to confront challenges.

Of course, you must have passed all theorical and practical modules taught at the school.

Finally, if you are admitted in the program, you must accept the participation agreement, signing a letter where you can find your rights and responsabilities. The breach of the agreement would result in the return of all funds received and/or ending of the working period.

Remember all grants are fixed by the EU, so, in some cases, may not cover all your necesary expenses, so you should inform yourself about them.

HOW MANY SCOLARSHIPS ARE?

The number of scolarships will change every year, because it depends on the accepted projects.

This year 2014/15 we have:

Two 3-months scolarships for Higher Training Courses students.

Four 6-months scolarships for Middle Training Courses students.

These scolarships are the ones which include grants. In addition, any student can go on a mobility without these grants, under the Zero Grant Students program.

The countries you can choose are Germany, Malta and Scotland.

HOW MUCH IS THE GRANT?

Depending on the program you have applied to, the UE gives different amounts of money.

Besides, the amount of money depends on the country you are going to, the working period time and other circumstances.

You can see the amounts of money on the following links (documents in spanish):
